Another Big Dig Ramp Closes for Ceiling Fixes

A Big Dig tunnel used by Boston motorists as a detour around a section of highway where a woman was recently crushed to death by falling concrete ceiling panels was ordered closed for repairs to the same type of panel. Gov. Mitt Romney said the closure was ordered because of potential problems with 40 of the bolts holding up the heavy ceiling panels.
