Hewlett-Packard Co. has been sued by a shareholder who is seeking access to company books and records in an attempt to uncover mismanagement.
Palo Alto-based HP has been the focus of state and federal investigations over executives’ efforts to discover who leaked information about the board of directors, said Harold Grill, an investor who owns 126 shares of the company.
