Names of 4 Found Dead in Jeep Are Released

Police on Tuesday released the names of four people found dead and bound last week in a Jeep Cherokee abandoned in a residential neighborhood.
Jose Juan Cervantes, 38; Leobardo Alvarado Ortiz, 33; Onesimo Sauceda, 26; and Monica Hernandez Rivera, 26, all were from Southern California.
Their towns weren’t released.
The bodies were found Aug. 23 when a neighbor reported that several people apparently had been sleeping in the vehicle for at least a day.
