Gunfire in Home Leaves Boy, 3, and Adult Hurt
A 3-year-old boy was shot in an ankle and a man was critically wounded shortly after midnight Saturday morning when a gunman fired multiple shots inside a home and then fled.
The gunman remained at large late Saturday, but two women and a man were arrested for narcotics possession with intent to sell when Los Angeles police responded to the shooting scene in the 10400 block of Antwerp Street near 105th Street, Officer Sarah Faden said.
Faden said the boy was taken to a hospital and would be turned over to the Department of Children and Family Services when released.
She said the man who was shot, believed to be in his 30s, suffered critical wounds in the stomach and a leg.
