Susquehanna in Talks to Sell Radio Stations
Susquehanna Media is in talks to sell its radio stations to a group of investors including Cumulus Media for more than $1 billion, the New York Times reported.
The company is also nearing a separate agreement to sell its cable TV operations to Comcast Corp. for close to $750 million, the newspaper reported, citing executives involved in the talks.
Susquehanna, the largest privately held U.S. radio broadcaster, owns more than 30 stations in the biggest U.S. markets. It also has about 230,000 cable subscribers on the East Coast.
