Wesson Is Appointed Caretaker of District

Herb Wesson Jr. was appointed Wednesday as 10th Council District caretaker.
He won the seat Nov. 8 but can’t be sworn in until the election is certified, possibly in three weeks. He can’t vote until then but can address constituent issues.
