Former Guantanamo Inmate’s Arrest Ordered

A French court ordered the arrest of a man released this month from the U.S. military prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, his lawyer said, three years after the man was detained trying to enter Afghanistan.
Ridouane Khalid, 36, had been free after returning home March 7. He is one of seven former Guantanamo inmates suspected of “criminal association with a terrorist enterprise.”
