A Top Seoul Official Joins Anniversary Fete

A top South Korean official arrived in the North to celebrate the fifth anniversary of the only summit between leaders of the divided peninsula.
Unification Minister Chung Dong Young was expected to press the North to return to nuclear disarmament talks that have been stalled for almost a year. He is to meet Thursday with Kim Yong Nam, North Korea’s No. 2 official.
