Kozlowski Deliberations to Resume Tuesday

A New York state jury considering fraud and larceny charges against former Tyco International Ltd. executives L. Dennis Kozlowski and Mark Swartz finished its first full week of deliberations without reaching a verdict.
The panel, which has been weighing the evidence since June 2, will resume its deliberations Tuesday.
Kozlowski and Swartz are accused of making $542.4 million by taking unauthorized bonuses in the form of cash, shares and company loan reductions.
