Re “When Kids Take the Keys,” by Martin Miller and Gayle Pollard-Terry, Feb 12: Since when is stealing a car a “rite of passage”? You’ve got to be kidding me. When a national newspaper prints articles like this, is there any wonder so many problems exist in our society?
