Clinton to Be Special Envoy for Tsunami Aid

Former President Clinton has been chosen as a special U.N. envoy to ensure that the reconstruction effort for Asian tsunami victims retains a high profile, Secretary-General Kofi Annan said.
Clinton and former President Bush are raising money for victims of the Dec. 26 disaster.
