Pasadena Toddler Found Dead in Car
Pasadena police are investigating the death of a 2 1/2-year-old boy found in a car in a parking lot Thursday evening.
The discovery occurred after the boy’s mother telephoned police at 6:41 p.m. to say that her son was missing from their home on Hammond Street, Lt. Tom Pederson said.
Officers discovered the boy in a car at a nearby parking lot and found him unresponsive. He was taken to Huntington Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
“We don’t know how the little guy got in the car,” Pederson said. “We don’t know how he died. The coroner will help us determine that.”
