From Times Staff and Wire Reports
UCLA police arrested a man Thursday in the vandalism of four sculptures by Venice artist Robert Graham, university officials said.
Ricky Lee Owens, 47, of Compton was arrested on suspicion of felony vandalism and was being held at a county jail, said Carol Stogsdill, UCLA director of media relations.
The four artworks, installed in the Rolfe Courtyard, were damaged late Monday and early Tuesday. They are being stored off site while the damage is assessed.
