Man Wanted in Model’s Slaying Is Charged
From Times Staff and Wire Reports
A Woodland Hills man who disappeared after police said he used a baseball bat to fatally bludgeon his girlfriend was charged Thursday by the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office in her death.
If convicted, Brian Joseph Cullen could face 26 years to life in state prison, prosecutors said. Cullen remains at large.
Prosecutors allege Cullen, 59, killed 21-year-old Ukrainian model Iryna Singerman at his Woodland Hills home, put her body in a pickup and left the vehicle at a Winnetka storage business.
