Prisoner Charged in Slaying of Cellmate

A prisoner already serving time for killing a fellow inmate told authorities he strangled his cellmate last week because he wanted his own cell on death row.
Robert Glenn, 33, who was serving a 22-year sentence for manslaughter, faces a murder charge in the death of his cellmate at Pleasant Valley State Prison. The victim was found dead in his cell Friday.
