The mega-block party that each year kicks off the Southland’s Cinco de Mayo celebrations will be held Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. in downtown Los Angeles. The 16th annual Fiesta Broadway, a free event, features Latino entertainers, food booths and games.
