Blockbuster Details Pay if CEO Is Not Reelected

Blockbuster Inc. said Chief Executive John Antioco would receive about $54 million in payments under his employment contract if he is not reelected to the board.
The executive wants to stay with the company and earn his compensation, Dallas-based Blockbuster said.
Carl Icahn, the company’s largest shareholder, has proposed an alternative slate of three directors for the vote scheduled for next month.
