Give It Some Teeth
Re “Judges Say Overhaul Would Weaken Bankruptcy System,†March 29: Now bankruptcy judges are saying that the new bill won’t help squeeze out any more money for the credit card companies. Obviously a stronger enforcement mechanism is called for. How about debtors’ prison?
