Man Is Killed When Car Backs Over Him

A Fullerton man was killed Wednesday when a car backed over him in an alley, police said.
Carlos Barragan, 30, was declared dead at UCI Medical Center in Orange, where he was taken after the midnight incident near Harbor Boulevard and Valencia Drive, police Sgt. Steve Matson said.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
