Saving Fox Theater Is Subject of Town Meeting

Preservationists trying to save the historic Fox Theater will hold a town meeting at 7 tonight at Plummer Auditorium.
The Fullerton Historic Theater Foundation has raised $300,000 and the city has pledged $1.5 million to help the organization buy the 1920s-era downtown theater, which the owner has offered to sell for $3.3 million.
