Holiday closures

Today is Labor Day. The following schedule will be in effect in observance of the holiday:

Schools: Public schools, colleges and universities will be closed.

Mail: No mail delivery; post offices will be closed.

Libraries: Most facilities will be closed.

Banks: Most will be closed.

Buses: Orange County Transportation Authority buses will run on their reduced holiday schedule. Information: (714) 636-RIDE.

Government: City, county and federal offices and courts will be closed.

Metrolink: Trains will not run.

Trash collection: No collection; pickups will be one day late.
