Holiday Closures

Monday is Labor Day. The following services will be affected:
* Mail: All post offices will be closed. Mail will not be delivered.
* Government: All government offices will be closed.
* Businesses: All stock and commodity exchanges and banks will be closed. Many private businesses also will be closed.
* Public libraries: L.A. and county facilities will be closed.
* Trash: Pickups in L.A. will be delayed one day throughout the week.
* Transportation: MTA buses and light-rail trains will follow Sunday schedules.
