Led by Frank Katoola, the troupe presents stories, legends and the history of East Africa through dance and song. The troupe has toured the U.S. biennially since 1994. The goal of the current tour is to raise $1 million to support other orphans in Uganda, as well as to increase awareness of the effect of the devastating disease, particularly upon children.
