Team Struggling to Save Entangled Right Whale

A rescue team worked to free a young right whale from a tangle of fishing line after the mammal was spotted off the coast of Charleston. Rescue efforts were to continue today.
“This is a severe entanglement,†said the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Teri Rowles, who is leading the effort. “We will try to cut the tight lines around the head and remove as much of the rope and gear as we possibly can.â€
