Police Seek Robber Taped During Holdups
From Times Staff Reports
Police on Thursday were seeking a thief who was videotaped while robbing a Sylmar dry-cleaning store twice, each time threatening clerks with a pair of scissors and a screwdriver, authorities said.
Detectives obtained surveillance footage of the robberies Nov. 28 and Dec. 17 at the store in the 13000 block of Gladstone Avenue, police said. Authorities described the suspect as extremely dangerous and said he had been linked to four additional robberies in San Fernando.
