Riverside County

Schools: No classes at public schools, UC Riverside, Riverside Community College, College of the Desert, Mt. San Jacinto College or Palo Verde College.

Mail: Post offices will be closed. No mail will be delivered.

Banks: Most will be closed.

Public transportation: The Riverside Transit Agency, the Sunline Transit Agency and most city transportation services will not run. Metrolink trains will run on a holiday schedule. For information, call (800) 371-LINK.

Trash collection: No trash will be collected.

Government: City, county and federal offices and courts will be closed.

Libraries: County and city libraries will be closed.

San Bernardino County

Schools: No classes at public schools, Loma Linda University, Crafton Hills College, Barstow Community College, Cal State San Bernardino and the University of Redlands.

Mail: Post offices will be closed. No mail will be delivered.

Banks: Most will be closed.

Public transportation: Omnitrans and Victorville Transit will not have bus service.

Trash collection: No trash will be collected.

Government: City, county and federal offices and courts will be closed.

Libraries: County and city libraries will be closed.

Los Angeles County

Schools: No classes at public schools.

Mail: Post offices will be closed. No mail will be delivered.

Banks: Most will be closed.

Public transportation: Metrolink trains will run on a holiday schedule. For information, call (800) 371-LINK. MTA buses will run on a Sunday schedule.
