Reader Is a Kahn Artist, Writer Is Con Artist

After reading Allen E. Kahn’s Viewpoint commentary Saturday and T.J. Simers’ article Tuesday, I have come to the conclusion that Mr. Kahn has the “gift” and T.J. gets paid to do it. I stopped reading T.J. on a regular basis when he left journalism for what he believes to be “stand-up” comedy. Perhaps you could trade T.J. and a couple of interns to be named to Mr. Kahn’s employer ... to secure him for Page 2. Sounds to me like a better deal than the Dodgers got when they traded Grud and Karros for Hundley and a sack of magic beans.
