China Urges Dialogue to End Nuclear Standoff

One of China’s top leaders told North Korea that dialogue was the only way to end the dispute over its nuclear program, the China Daily said. Wu Bangguo, head of China’s parliament and second behind President Hu Jintao in the Communist Party hierarchy, met North Korean parliament chief Kim Yong Nam on a visit to North Korea.
