Bob Dylan’s “The Times They Are A-Changin’,” Bruce Springsteen’s “Highway Patrolman” and Mahalia Jackson’s “His Eye Is On the Sparrow” are among 14 favorite recordings picked by the late Johnny Cash for the latest entry in the “Artist’s Choice” CD compilation series carried in Starbucks stores.
