GIRLS’ VOLLEYBALL
* Suzie Trimble and Courtney Kent, San Juan Capistrano St. Margaret’s: Trimble had 16 kills and Kent added 12 kills in a 23-25, 28-26, 25-17, 25-17 nonleague victory over Brentwood.
* Jenne Blackburn, Rancho Santa Margarita Tesoro: Had 15 kills in a 25-20, 25-15, 25-10 Pacific Coast League victory over Irvine University.
* Yvette Hernandez, Chino Hills Ayala: Had 11 kills in a 25-13, 25-13, 25-10 Sierra League victory over Chino Hills.
BOYS’ WATER POLO
* Jeff Smith, San Clemente: Had three goals and one assist to lead Tritons, ranked No. 6 in Division I, to a 7-6 nonleague victory over No. 2 Santa Ana Foothill, which is ranked No. 4 in the Southland by The Times.
* Eric Gobrecht, Palos Verdes: Made 11 saves for the Sea Kings (13-11), ranked No. 10 in Division VI, in a 10-8 nonleague victory over Flintridge Prep (18-6), ranked No. 7 in Division VI.
* Chris Waddell and Chris Erlinger, Claremont Webb: Waddell had five goals and Erlinger had four goals and four assists in a 19-10 Prep League victory over Pasadena La Salle, which was led by Chris Stellar’s six goals.
GIRLS’ GOLF
* Amanda Goodman, Agoura: Shot one-under-par 33 at Westlake Golf Course, but Westlake Village Westlake (10-3) won the three-team, nonleague match with a score of 214. Agoura (8-4) shot 216 and Simi Valley Royal (1-11) shot 228.
