Motorcycle-Car Crash Blocks Freeway Lanes

At least one person was taken to the hospital Thursday after a motorcycle collided with a car in Sherman Oaks, closing three lanes of the San Diego Freeway, officials said.
Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics and California Highway Patrol officers responded to the accident at Valley Vista Boulevard at 1 p.m.
Paramedics took at least one injured person to Encino Hospital. The victim’s condition was not known.
