Man With Alleged Extremist Ties Held

Saudi Arabia said a prominent Islamist with suspected ties to militants who bombed a residential compound in Riyadh this month had surrendered to authorities.
The official Saudi Press Agency said Abdullah bin Attiyah bin Hudeid Solami was wanted in relation to “security cases.†An Islamist source said Solami had praised attacks against expatriate compounds, although he played no role in them.
