Not Guilty Plea Expected in Killing of Woman, 21

Victor Lawrence Paleologus will plead not guilty to a capital murder charge in two weeks for allegedly killing an aspiring actress, then dumping her body in the Hollywood Hills, his new lawyer, Andrew Flier, said Thursday.
Paleologus, 40, faces arraignment June 11. He is accused of killing Kristine Johnson, 21, of Santa Monica, who disappeared after going to meet a photographer in Beverly Hills.
