Regime Decries Seoul’s Summit With Bush

North Korea condemned a summit between President Bush and South Korea’s president and warned of an “unspeakable disaster” for Seoul if it confronts the communist state over its nuclear weapons programs.
The threat, made during inter-Korean economic talks in Pyongyang, was the North’s first reaction to last week’s meeting between Bush and Roh Moo Hyun. The two said they would “not tolerate” atomic weapons in North Korea.
