An Islamic militant on a list of suspected terrorists surrendered to Saudi police, the official Saudi Press Agency said. Mansour Mohammed Ahmed Faqih is 14th on an official list of 26 wanted suspects. His photo was among those published in a newspaper advertisement in which the government offered rewards of $270,000 for information leading to the suspects’ arrests.

Newspapers said Faqih, 22, went into hiding shortly after his 18-year-old brother, Hassan, was arrested in connection with May 12 suicide attacks in Riyadh, the Saudi capital.
