Ex-Worker Pleads Guilty in Power Plant Bombing

A former employee of a Salt Lake City power company pleaded guilty to setting off a bomb that knocked out a power substation during the Winter Olympics last year. Vince R. Rogers could receive nearly five years in federal prison and a fine of up to $400,000, a prosecutor said.
The explosion in April 2002 caused power outages and raised fears of terrorism.
