An Infusion of Lobster
Open this bottle of bright orange oil, and you’re in for a surprise--it smells just like roasted lobster. It is, in fact, sunflower oil infused with lobster, and it would be great drizzled over ravioli, risotto or lobster bisque, or on seafood or salads, or used as an accent in dressings and sauces.
Aragosta Lobsteroil, 8.8-ounce bottle, $26.69, and 1.9-ounce bottle, $12.29, from Surfas, 8825 National Blvd., Culver City, (310) 559-4770.
