Man, 24, Fatally Shot While Sitting in His Car

A 24-year-old man was killed early Sunday when he was shot while sitting in his car in what police called a gang-related attack, authorities said.
Pedro Manuel Martin of Santa Ana died at Western Medical Center in Santa Ana from a gunshot wound to the head, police said.
Residents in the 2200 block of 5th Street called police about 12:50 a.m. after they heard gunshots. Officers found Martin inside his car in the 600 block of Hawley Street. He was taken to the hospital, where he died about 6 a.m.
