Man Shot on Freeway; His Killer Escapes

A man was fatally shot on the Pomona Freeway in Glen Avon on Wednesday, and the killer escaped, officials said.
Sheriff’s detectives said Frank Mosqueda, 20, of Colton was found slumped over the steering wheel and was dead on arrival at a hospital.
The shooting occurred at Country Village Road at 1:40 p.m. All westbound lanes were closed into the night.
Investigators said Mosqueda might have been the victim of road rage. They had no description of the killer or the car.
