A Stockton minister has been arrested on suspicion of unlawful sexual contact with a 17-year-old male inmate at the California Youth Authority.
Henry Lee Ingram, 56, a senior pastor and co-founder of Lifeseed Community Fellowship, was arrested Monday by the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Department after a weeklong investigation.
Ingram works at the CYA’s Karl Holton School as a speech therapist. A 17-year-old inmate lodged a complaint with the Sheriff’s Department alleging Ingram and he had sexual contact, a sheriff’s spokesman said.
