Re “Execution Abolished for Mentally Retarded,†June 21: Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia’s point seems to be: Hey, it’s going to be tough to sort out these guys. Let’s just go ahead and execute them all. That’s certainly the solution if simplifying things, rather than justice, is your main concern.
