No Answer on Whether Body Is Missing Girl’s

Butte County coroner’s officials said Friday they were unable to identify from dental records the body found in the Northern California county Wednesday as that of missing Altadena 11-year-old Jeanene Bonner.
DNA testing will be performed by the California Department of Justice.
The body was found less than a quarter-mile from the body of Bonner’s father, Joaquin Garcia, who had committed suicide. The girl has been missing since leaving for a trip with him May 21.
