Overpricing Wastes Time
How do you know if your home is overpriced?
1) If it has been on the market more than three months; 2) If the only offers received were 10% (or more) below your asking price; and 3) If no one comes to see the home after the first week on the market.
The temptation to price a home into some futuristic price range is great but accomplishes nothing.
