Miller Looks for Gold Medal in the Slalom
- Share via
In an Olympics that has been less than sparkling in Alpine skiing for the United States, the main bright spot, Bode Miller, will take a shot at a third medal.
Miller has won silver in the combined and the giant slalom and is shooting for gold in the slalom. In the events in which Miller won the silver, the golds went to two of the top skiers at these Games--Norway’s Kjetil Andre Aamodt, the most decorated Alpine skier in Olympic history, and Austria’s Stephan Eberharter, winner of three medals at Salt Lake.
