Library to Mark Reagan’s Birthday

Former President Ronald Reagan’s 91st birthday will be celebrated Wednesday at the presidential library near Simi Valley named in his honor.
Activities will begin at 10:30 a.m. with remarks from Mark Burson, executive director of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library Foundation. There will be Japanese drumming, dance and martial arts performances and photo displays. A ceremonial cherry tree planting at 11 a.m. will be followed by a presentation by Mutumi Kawasoe, president of the America-Miyazaki Cherry Tree Assn. The library is at 40 Presidential Drive.
