Chicago Merc Raises $105 Million in IPO

The Chicago Mercantile Exchange raised $105 million Thursday night in the first initial public offering by a U.S. exchange. Chicago Mercantile Exchange Holdings Inc., which runs the 104-year-old market, sold 3 million shares at $35 apiece, more than the proposed $31 to $34.
The shares will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol CME.
