It’s vintage Pasadena

About this house: Designed by Seymour Locke in 1895, the 104-year-old home is a mix of Craftsman and Victorian styles. It was one of the first houses in the country to have an attached garage, according to a 1907 story in the Ladies Home Journal titled “Moving the Car Into the House.â€
The home was also an early gathering place for Tournament of Roses dignitaries.
The house has been used in many movies, including “Father of the Bride†(1991).
Asking price: $2,595,000
Size: The house has five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms in 6,180 square feet. The lot is 27,600 square feet.
