Anaheim Sports Club Fire Probed

Authorities are investigating an early Wednesday blaze at an Anaheim Hills sports club that shot 100-foot flames into the air.
No injuries were reported, but the 4:38 a.m. fire at the Anaheim Hills Racquet Club “almost totally damaged” the 4,000-square-foot building in the 400 block of Anaheim Hills Road, said Maria Sabol, a spokeswoman for the Anaheim Fire Department.
She said 50 firefighters battled the blaze an hour to contain it.
