Pileup at Chapman Delays Traffic on 57
Rush-hour traffic on the northbound Orange Freeway in Fullerton was delayed about an hour Monday after fender benders involving at least 11 cars, investigators said. Several minor injuries resulted from the 7:30 a.m. pileup at Chapman Avenue.
