There are a million stories in the naked city, and TNN presents two of them as it profiles Divine Brown, the “other woman� in the Hugh Grant scandal, and George Holliday, the man behind the camera on the Rodney King video, on “Fame for 15� (7 p.m. TNN).

Scared half to death: It’s no trick and certainly no treat when Arthur (Jerry Stiller) suffers a Halloween-inspired heart attack on “The King of Queens� (8 p.m. CBS).

But will she be “assimilated�? “Star Trek: Voyager’s� Jeri Ryan, a.k.a. Seven of Nine, joins the cast of “Boston Public� (8 p.m. Fox) as the high school drama begins its sophomore year.
